As Canadians, it was a daunting experience for us buying a place in a foreign country. Finding Carmen was a God-send for us.

When we are looking for a good real estate agent or a contractor, we always look for someone who is genuine, friendly and likeable. We found this in Carmen… and more. We also wanted a Mexican national and someone who is knowledgeable. She was fantastic and knew all the Mexican laws regarding home purchasing. Carmen goes out of her way to help you. And not with just buying a place but with anything. How to pay your bills, Notary issues, where the grocery stores are, etc. She made the process so easy and we didn’t stress out at all. She quickly became our good friend as well.

And when we were ready to buy our second place she was just as helpful as before. We weren’t able to be there for the closing and she even made that process very easy for us.

If you are looking for a professional that you can trust and who will go out of their way to be there for you during every step of the process, then Carmen Garcia is the agent for you. She is a great person who will work for you, and one who you can trust implicitly.

I did not know Carmen Garcia when I stepped into her office and she took over in a very efficient way all of my concerns for looking for a property. We found something the very first day and we proceeded into a sale that ended up very favorably for me. Carmen walked me through all of the details before and after the sale including putting the water in my name and the electricity etc. She was efficient and caring and we have since become good friends. I have recommended her to many of my friends as an agent who listens and finds you what you want.

I was introduced to Carmen Garcia by a mutual friend. We had an instant chemistry, and I felt very comfortable with her. I was planning to buy a property to invest on, so I asked Carmen to check for good options. She showed me some properties and when I found “the lot” I was looking for my project, I decided there and then not to look at anything else. Carmen was very helpful during the whole process. I believe she is very professional and caring. Needless to say I trust her opinion and expertise. I will definitely work with her once my project takes off.

I want to tell you about what a pleasant experience was for me to sell my condo in Puerto Vallarta, I have to recognize the diligence, advise and support that I received from Carmen Garcia. To be brief, the day I asked her to come to my condo, she was there that same afternoon. I asked her for an estimate on how much I could sell it, she made a comparable with the condo below that was on sale, and we agreed on a listing price. The next day she brought some people to see it, fortunately they liked it y found the price fair, and on the third day I got their offer, which was in the range the condo was worth, Carmen worked on a
contract immediately and we got an accepted offer.

All the coordination was done by Carmen Garcia, quickly and taking care of both her clients who were buying as well as mine being the seller. We got a successful and fair transaction with Carmen´s support. She is such a good element, that most likely I will contact her in case I need a real estate professional.

It had been some years that I have enjoyed living in this beautiful corner of Mexico that is Puerto Vallarta. It is a magical place that I love and doesn´t let me leave, and that is why I decided, with my parents, to buy a beautiful condo. We fell in love with it as soon as my dear friend Carmen Garcia showed it to us. At first, we thought it would be difficult to find it as we wanted something very special, but thanks to Carmen, who knew very well what style we were looking for, it was really easy and very fast. Since my nephew owns a home in Puerto Vallarta and we vacation there when we come to town, we were undecided if we would like to purchase our own place. Through dear friends of ours, we were introduced to Carmen Garcia Diaz Leal, who is a close friend and neighbor of theirs.

With the little information we provided her for what we would be interested in, we were amazingly pleased that upon showing us the first property, it was exactly what we wanted. We all went back to my nephew´s home, and signed a contract. Two days later we left for home, leaving all the legal arrangements For Carmen to take care of on our behalf. Thanks to her, everything went very smoothly, and she remained in constant contact with us through email and phone. We plan to move permanently there within a few years, and possibly purchase a bigger home. I definitely would not hesitate to call Carmen to sell and show us more properties.

Real estate deals are easier when someone like Carmen Garcia is there for you. We thank her for helping us in the process of purchasing our condo. Her follow-up work was first rate, serious and professional. We met Carmen as neighbors some years ago, saying hello in the street, but not knowing much of each other. We did not know we would end up being real friends thanks to this whole process. We thank Carmen for her support, this has been wonderful to our small new family. Again, thanks for being part of our project of life and we will surely work with you in the future.

My experience with Carmen Garcia has left me completely satisfied and happy. She gave me wonderful special attention, she has been totally professional and fluid.
