Let me tell you how amazing Alecia is! My partner and I were only planning to casually look at a few properties while in town, but after meeting Alecia, we found ourselves closing on the very first property she showed us in less than three months. Alecia is one of those rare gems who has such a talent for what she does that it’s a joy just to watch her in action.

No one knows this market like she does. From start to finish, she made everything incredibly easy. Alecia is responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive. Plus, she’s chic, fabulous, and just plain fun to be around. She’s the total package!

I don’t even watch House Hunters anymore because her YouTube channel is so good. If you’re considering buying property in Vallarta, look no further. Alecia is the best!
