Since my nephew owns a home in Puerto Vallarta and we vacation there when we come to town, we were undecided if we would like to purchase our own place. Through dear friends of ours, we were introduced to Carmen Garcia Diaz Leal, who is a close friend and neighbor of theirs.
With the little information we provided her for what we would be interested in, we were amazingly pleased that upon showing us the first property, it was exactly what we wanted. We all went back to my nephew´s home, and signed a contract. Two days later we left for home, leaving all the legal arrangements For Carmen to take care of on our behalf. Thanks to her, everything went very smoothly, and she remained in constant contact with us through email and phone. We plan to move permanently there within a few years, and possibly purchase a bigger home. I definitely would not hesitate to call Carmen to sell and show us more properties.
